I offer an accelerated learning teaching model to students at A2+ level and above, to help you achieve results faster. It requires you to make a strong commitment to improving your English skills by combining some pre-lesson preparation & post lesson self-study with 25-minute one-to-one lessons with me, using Zoom, once or twice a week.
The traditional PPP teaching method, devised in 1960’s, is a good way to provide a step-by-step model for teachers to follow, by dividing the lesson into three main stages: Present, Practice and Produce. This approach usually leans towards 60% teacher input and 30% student output.
However, progress can be slow. Even if homework is incorporated into the course, most often, that’s where student effort stops. Additional investment in study or practice is essential to achieve significant results.
During my online lesson time with you the focus will be on just two PP’s; Practicing and Producing the language, thus providing 70% student output. You will study and prepare the material before lessons and test your knowledge at your pace with me in class, providing you with the satisfaction you need to stay motivated.
An English coaching expert, I will listen to your concerns and goals for learning English. Based on the results, I will propose an English learning program and teaching materials that are most suitable for you.
